Booking & Scheduling

How quickly will I receive my photos and media?

Photos and media are delivered the next day.

Most residential photography sessions take approximately 45 minutes to two hours. The exact time depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms, and any additional services such as drone photography, video, floor plans, or virtual tours.

There is no travel fee for shoots within roughly 30 miles or 30 minutes of their office. Beyond that, additional fees apply based on distance. Trips beyond 70 miles (or 70 minutes) require a custom quote.

Cancellations less than 24 hours may incur a fee, same-day = $50, at arrival = 50% ($100–$250).

Payment is due per invoice terms; media may be withheld until the invoice has been fully paid.

Preparing for Your Shoot

How do I prepare my property for a listing shoot?
Follow our Getting Ready Guide so the property is fully ready before the photographer arrives.

Remove unnecessary items from countertops, tables, floors, and other visible surfaces. Trash cans, cleaning supplies, toiletries, pet items, excessive decorations, and personal belongings should be stored whenever possible. A clean, uncluttered home photographs best.

Whenever possible, pets should be secured or removed during the photography session. Food bowls, litter boxes, beds, toys, crates, and other pet-related items should also be put away before the photographer arrives.

No, homeowners and realtors should not be present. Keeping rooms clear of people and pets helps the session move efficiently and produces cleaner images.

Yes. Occupied homes can be photographed as long as the property is prepared before the appointment. Decluttering, cleaning, and removing personal items from key areas can make a significant difference in the final presentation.

Yes. Vacant homes can be professionally photographed and are often especially easy to showcase because rooms are open, uncluttered, and fully accessible.

Professional real estate photography goes beyond what a phone camera can typically capture. Professional equipment, wide-angle lenses, intentional composition, proper lighting, and experienced editing help showcase rooms accurately while creating a polished, consistent presentation. The result is listing photography designed specifically to help buyers understand and appreciate the property online.
